About Us

Due to the risks and challenging environment of the healthcare industry it is important that TPIs/ Distributors understand and are knowledgeable about the compliance related risks.

Member Companies are liable for activities performed by their third-party intermediaries who work on their behalf. The expectation is that interactions by third party intermediaries including distributors with HCPs and HCOs should therefore comply with the provisions of the Mecomed Code.

The Mecomed TPI certification platform provides third party intermediaries the opportunity to learn and upgrade their knowledge on key areas of the Mecomed compliance code and the associated requirements to help make compliant decisions to enhance healthcare practices in the region and most importantly to support better patient safety outcomes.

The TPI certification program is a voluntary initiative and by taking a proactive approach and becoming a certified partner will help you in your efforts to mitigate compliance-related risks within your organization.

It will also allow you to demonstrate to your industry partners your commitment to adhering to the ethical standards included in the Mecomed Code.

Upon completion of the process, and subject to the terms of the license agreement, the Certification provides to third party intermediaries a Mecomed Certified Partner logo valid for renewable period of two years.
